Join us tonight as Chef Sunanda takes home cooked Indian food to a whole new level – you will be giving up your old Indian take out menu and making these recipes at home for company. Tonight’s menu starts with Tuna Chops with Fresh Mango Chutney, Dal Makhni (lentil), Chana-kebab Curry with Coconut, Stuffed Salmon with Mustard and Ginger, Chicken Korma, Almond and Pistachio rice and Sweet Yoghurt with Toasted Pistachio for dessert.
