Formed early in 2005, Sydney's newest progressive fantasy rock outfit Elias brings together formidable talent and new ideas to the traditional rock four piece.
Elias is all about creating instrumental non-restricted music that grooves as much as it challenges. Featuring a multi-talented line-up, Elias's music is rich and diverse, drawing on jazz, rock, and baroque influences inter alia.
Picture King Crimson jamming with Frank Zappa, add a healthy dose of old-school psychedelic Pink Floyd - music without limitations, without traditional boundaries, with style, flair, melody, and groove, music that's unashamedly progressive.
Elias play their own brand of music, ranging from moody atmoshperic rock to a progressive fantasy rock fusion blend.
