"We are a small organization of young people trying to get folks like us engaged and voting in the next provincial election. We are building a network of people under 35 across BC who can work to get our voices, ideas, and opinions out in the public eye during the election and beyond. In the last BC election, 73% of people under 24 did not vote. We are trying to change that."

Get Your Vote on Goals:

• Get people between 18 and 34 registered to vote and voting in the next BC election (May 17th, 2005).
• Provide info about provincial political parties, candidates and their positions on key issues.
• Help GYVO kids put on your own events and spread the word.
• Make the politicians, the media and the public pay attention to our issues.
